  • What are judges looking for?
    Construction:
    • How neat is the construction of the costume?
    • Does the costume fit well and sit on the cosplayer correctly?
    • How clean is the overall look of the costume?
    Accuracy:
    • Does the costume look like the reference image?
    • Did the cosplayer choose to pay attention to the minor details?
    • Did the cosplayer choose a creative way to embellish the costume that works well with the design?
    • If it is a re-creation or an original inspired by existing designs? (One should still show reference materials so details and accuracy can be looked at.)
